I order caps. I received an order confirmation and a UPS tracking number. A week later the order has not been shipped. There is NO contact number to call. I emailed about my order. 2 days later I receive an email saying it was backordered. I emailed them back. NO RESPONSE. I missed the customers deadline and now I lost a customer. They will never get another dime from me. Don't waste your money and time.

Great product, easy to order and awesome customer service !

Order was delivered on time and items were very high quality. I was nervous about the quality of ballcaps that were under $5 but they were actually pretty badass and everyone loved the finished product.

By far the worst place to order from. They told me 2-4 days processing time so I waited and now almost 2 weeks and still nothing. Stay the hell away from this company at all cost.

Product received was exactly as advertised. Would recommend and would purchase again.

I will NEVER order from this place again. I placed an order on 7/27. I called them a week later as I had no updates. They told me they were out of stock on one which they showed on their site they had inventory. I replaced it for another item. 3 days later I finally get an update. A few days later I received the hats. 5 of the hats were incorrect (no pick list or BOL was included). I tried looking for the phone # and they removed it from their site. I emailed them my issue, they responded the following day that they would have production look into and send me replacements. 3 days later and still nothing, I emailed them again for a status update and they responded a day later saying they show the hats were already delivered. Which shows they didn't read the email with the original issue. "Sarah" is the person responding which may or may not be one person.

The shipping was fast & products were as described.

This place is a joke dont order from them. DONT ORDER FROM THEM !. It s been rip off i ordered 2 weeks ago and still no hats or tracking number.

Slow shipping, decent product

Hat is great quality, and customer service was very quick and helpful when the color I was going to get ran out of stock. I saw some reviews saying that shipping time was bad, all in all (with the issue and everything) it took not over two weeks, which honestly is great if your mind hasnt been rotted by overnight shipping. Highly recommend, overall a quality service.

Took almost a month on the first order. Don’t necessarily think it was their fault. Could have been usps, even though they deliver TK me daily. Second order was incomplete and then argued about it with me for days. Poorly managed company. Poor communication. Not even a phone number. Just crap.

I use Park Wholesale often and can always rely on them for a great selection and quick turn around.

Richardson hats can be hard to find. Theparkwholesale came through with a hard to find item in a timely manner.

Hats were perfect quality. Met my needs exactly.

Got no email or show of purchase. Without thinking, I didn't look them up, until after "purchase". I then saw many reviews saying items never showed up, and seemed like a scam.

None of my items were available based on the quantity that they advertised. The website didn't reflect any problems and did not mention any minimums, I double-checked as other companies had minimums. I ordered a few hats of each color as a sample for a production run and eventually found out that they actually had a "minimum of 12" per color which was never stated on their site. I waited over a week for them to inform me of their error. An absolute waste of time and I'm so glad I didn't have my full order through them as they'd most likely drop the ball as well. If I can't trust someone with a small preproduction order, I can't trust them with a larger one.
