don’t shop here!

I wish I read the other negative review before placing an order here. Please avoid. Initially they didn’t even have the items in stock after I placed the order but I accepted an alternative item. I wait 9 days from placing the order to send an email to chase up the expected 4 day delivery. Email is ignored. I try livechat and that’s ignored days later. It’s not until I send a further livechat and leave a voicemail explaining my issue contacting them that they replied to my livechat. They claimed I didn’t email despite me sending proof. They said I can request a refund so I requested a refund as here I am 11 days on and no item. They refuse to refund me due to royal mail and told me to refer to their delivery terms. Their delivery terms says delivery in 4 days. I have no item. I have no refund. And the company do not care whatsoever and take zero responsibility. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I’ve lost money and time

Don’t bother

Don’t bother. Placed an order, they then cancelled it. Save your money and go somewhere that understands customers. Apparently this is OOS. Newsflash Party Shop, it’s Christmas...if you don’t understand the importance of keeping your available inventory data presented to customers up to date on your website at this time of year then you don’t deserve decent reviews or the trade. You have to be a special type of incompetent to lose trade in a terrible 2020 for your type of business, have all that time on your hands and not be able to keep your website inventory up to date. Businesses claiming to be going under and this is this small businesses attitude. They deserve to go under and make room for decent businesses.
