We paid this company $504 on February 4 for 9-day expedited passport service.
After several follow-ups and conflicting updates, we contacted the passport agency directly and were told the application was not received until February 23.
Because the application was not submitted when expected, my husband had to buy a same-day flight to Atlanta, pay for a hotel, and incur additional transportation costs to obtain emergency passport processing.
While the company refunded the expedited service fee, they declined responsibility for the expenses caused by the delay and communication from management was minimal.
Would not recommend.

This is an amazing service that a friend told me about. It could not be more simple and while I was initially quite skeptical it just became increasingly professional and trustworthy from the moment I made contact with them. The young lady spot checked my paperwork with an eagle eye and politely helped me correct my error. Then I received a text message with tracking information and lastly an email clearly reiterating the "Guaranteed" part. I was soon at rest, passport in hand. Thank you for providing such a valuable service!

Had booked a flight to Canada without knowing of the minimum 6 month validity rule and my passport only had 12 days left when I requested the service. Because it was an emergency and I couldn't cancel my flight, I paid $599 for the 5-7 day service and my passport was ready on the 5th day of processing. I had an authorized family member pick it up at the office and had it shipped to me. If you have any doubts or questions, always call the # provided, they always answered and made everything really easy!

Quick, courteous, honest. You can’t ask for much more than that from a service-oriented company. And, my passport arrived three days earlier than promised. Given the opportunity I would definitely recommend The Passport Office and would definitely utilize their in the future.
