No Encription
I changed my rating because Paystubs was responsive to my problem. I have already gone down another avenue with my need and they are issueing me a refund. Thank you!!
I needed a 1099 filed out and filed with the IRS. It was easy to fill out. When I was finished, all I was sent was a link, no encription! Then when I went to print the paperwork, the page the would have been filed with the IRS was not in the correct format that the IRS would except. I made a phone call and talked with someone with broken english. From what I could understand was that they don't file with the IRS. Now I feel my personal information is not protected and I was still not able to perform the task I needed done. I feel like I just threw away the money I paid The Pay Stubbs.

The paystub you delivered to me did NOT…
The paystub you delivered to me did NOT include the full benefits that I included. Even though your website CLEARLY says "edit information at any time", there is not edit functionality.
So instead I had to go onto chat and try to explain to the representative that information I provided was missing. After multiple delays that took maybe 20+ minutes, I was told you were fixing the missing data (so you had it and just didn't put it on my stub). I was told it would be 10-15 minutes.
30 minutes later I logged back on and went to chat again and got another representative who told me you were fixing the stub and would send it. Another 10 plus minutes passed before I finally got the updated paystub and it had the wrong pay period on it.
Not at all sure how you guys messed this up so significantly.
Then I was told despite your web site saying "come back and edit", YOU had to perform all the edits. HIGHLY inefficient and cost me quite a bit of time today.
