Quality Product Delivered On-time!
Pearl Dazzle stayed on target with the promised delivery date and kept me informed along the way. I have a feeling she delivers everything on time every time! The quality of the costume is great, and the fit is great.
They missed the mark on some aspects of the design, but it's a fairly easy fix. I would recommend this shop and would use them again. I would just be a more specific about some of the details. I really appreciated the communication and on-time delivery!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
The owner stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process! This was our first fully custom costume and I was clueless. She made the entire process seamless and so easy! The costume has so much detail and will be GORGEOUS on stage! She brought our Mad Hatter vision to life and we’re so blessed to have stumbled upon her page! The person that was supposed to deliver my daughter's dance costume didn't come through on time.
