On approaching retirement I needed help sorting out my company pension. I looked around and found The Pension Planner, where I was introduced to advisor Shane Kao.
Shane was excellent from the start and gave me all the help and guidance I needed. He was professional, helpful and friendly, and after discussions, pointed me in the right direction and showed me all the relevant information that I needed; which made it easier for myself to come to a decision with my pension.

Shane pulled out all the stops to give us a very considered financial opinion on the best pension options available for us. Contacted the Pension Planner because I was looking to start taking an income from a deferred company pension scheme. We had used them previously for my wife's pension arrangements, during which we received excellent service. Once again the whole team were prompt, courteous and efficient from the outset.
I dealt mainly with Andrew during the information gathering phase. I found his advice and recommendations to be refreshingly honest. He certainly put my best interests first and I would highly recommend the company to anybody requiring pension/retirement advice.
