Perfume People 

Bought a lot of sample oils in May 25. Delivery a little slow but otherwise all good with packing and communication.
The scents varied in accuracy and strength. e.g Soir de Lune was identical to original but only lasted seconds and a couple of others were strong but bore no resemblance to original. I used up the ones I liked, stuck the rest in a drawer and gave up on the company.
7 months down the line and I revisited the remaining samples to find maceration had made them far stronger, rounder and more complex.
I think I gave up on the scents too soon and will now buy more.

Ordered 11 bottles of 10 mL perfume oils, only 1 is satisfactory rest are crap. Don't waste your money. Perfume Parlour does a much better job..

Ordered Flur Missing Person oil and 30ml spray and it's awful, vile smell, needless to say nothing like the OG, not even remotely close, smells like burnt rubber kinda weird. Luckily sprayed didnt last long, although I did wash it off shortly after applying. £20 out of my pocket but hey, life.

Also not responsive (not existing?) customer service, emailed with a question after placing order but never heard back.

Ordered a perfume oil refill and received a wrong product. No respond emails or contact on website. Will not be using this company again

First time purchase of their oil based perfumes. Was very disappointed that none of them smelled liked the scent they were trying to recreate. Scent didn’t last beyond an hour which is unusual for oil based perfumes. Also took a week for them to start preparing order so it was nearly three weeks before I received them.

Non existent customer service. I placed an order ages ago and haven’t had any tracking or dispatch notice. I’ve emailed multiple times with zero response. I’ve previously ordered with no problems but this time it’s absolutely shocking. If the item doesn’t turn up I’ll be reporting to trading standards.

Awful items smell nothing like they say. They told me to return for refund but haven’t accepted the parcel back and have probably given a fake return address. No response to numerous emails either! Scammers! Avoid!

Been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks now for an order that never arrived. Placed order a month ago. ive emailed back and forth like 10 times, the email address suddenly stopped receiving emails and i was given a different email address to contact? just been told to wait to see if it arrives which i did for a week. then was asked to confirm the item in the order but now no response after 2 days. absolutely awful service probably going to end up filing for a chargeback at this rate

The oil are not even not smelling like perfume and customer service is bad once they took ur money then no response

Wow, I can't believe how many bad reviews they have.
My experience with them was always nice and they always answer my emails, deliveries are always on time.
And their products?!? AMAZING.
I can say I have a collection of perfumes from them at the moment, creams and roll-ons.
Some may last some don't but thats not up to them, it's due to the ingredients used.
Ya'll need to get some education.
Last but not least I've been using their lotions for more than a year now. My skin loves it.

I've made 2 orders now to buy Lu$h dupe perfume samples. For £2 it's a great way to try them out. I'm going to reorder my favourites as the sprays as I prefer sprays to oils.

I ordered 4 oil roll-ons and they're grand. The price is decent and I found 3/4 of them were quite similar to their originals. However 1 of them smells nothing (and I mean nothing) like the original and it's gone to waste as I don't enjoy wearing it. They also have had poor longevity on me.

Placed an order 7 days ago, was supposed to be dispatched within 1-3 days yet I’m still waiting. I’ve sent multiple messages and been ignored. The company had really great reviews so I’m very confused. Honestly feels as though they’re no longer running but they have new reviews all the time on their website and etsy. Leaving a 1* and will update if I receive my order.

Update 06/04: Finally received my order. I’m in the UK where the company is based so this is how long dispatch/delivery will take (3 weeks from order date). Products themselves are great and smell like the originals however delivery and lack of customer service is way too poor. It’s a shame as I would buy the products again if it wasn’t for this.

The absolute worst customer service. Ordered an item WEEKS ago, no order, no tracking , no response to emails. Infact an utter disgrace. Will be contacting trading standards and taking this matter further combined with these other bad reviews who mirror mine. Scamming scumbags!

The scents are good but never any response to emails. They sent an incomplete order, I've emailed about it and I'm still waiting for a response. I don't want a refund, just want the rest of my order!

No tracking. Package arrived in 7 days 2 bottles broken and top of the lotion broken rendering it pretty difficult to. My emails bounced back twice and phone unanswered..They did not respond to mail section on their own website either
I reported them to trading standards via citizens advice..Will be sending them complaint too...appalling and worrying. Save yourself the stress. Scents aren't blowing me away either but that wasn't the main issue. Customer service emails phones don't exist

So I have re-written my review and upgraded it from 1 to 3 stars. Perhaps I was a little harsh.

The 3 stars are for the actual scents, they all smell extremely good. In fact of all the perfume dupe companies in the UK I have tried, Perfume People are the best. I only wish they lasted longer. The longevity of both the oils and sprays is rather poor. They have to constantly be re-applied.

The worst thing though is how long it takes to deliver your order. I am in the UK (where this company is based) and have to wait around 7 days to receive it each time. I think this is unacceptable as there are many companies that deliver much faster. Also, don't even think about paying the very high postage cost to get your items earlier, as I can confirm it will take just as long to come. I wish I could rate this company higher and would certainly recommend them if they halved their delivery times.

Brought perfume oil and paid for upgraded amber glass bottle. It came in a plastic bottle so contacted company but both multiple requests for the amber bottle to be sent have been ignored. Very shady practices. Spend your money elsewhere.
