A great disappointment - no more perfume!!!

Was delighted to have been gifted a Perfume Experience (by my daughter) from this company. On the day, I really enjoyed the Experience and came home with my perfume. One of the things they highlight is the ability to reproduce your own personal perfume. Unfortunately, this has proved to be a great disappointment. I have emailed the company three times, had one reply and then nothing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!
