Sample arrived quite quickly but I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't smell like the tester I had tried previously. I may have ordered the incorrect sample so not the fault of the company.

Hi Phil
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that Tom Ford Beau De Jour Eau De Parfum didn’t meet your expectations. Fragrance is quite personal, and sometimes a scent might not be a perfect fit for everyone. However, we want to assure you that all of our products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from reputable suppliers.

We also have a 5-day return policy in place and would be more than happy to assist you with a return. Please feel free to contact us, and we’ll make sure to resolve the issue for you!
