So sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. Let us assure you we have not received a single email from you on our customer support email id - support@theperfumesampler.com nor we received any Chat initiation from our website. We do have 5 day return policy from the day you receive the order. The order was delivered on 4th July and you are contacting us after more than 1 month to tell us you were not happy with the sample we supplied, Its a little too late. However, we are here to make this right, so please tell us what went wrong with your order by emailing us and if you have not used your sample you can send it back to us and we will process your refund. Also, rating us 1 star on a public platform even before contacting us is not fair and we request you to reassess your rating once your issue is resolved.

A really great service. Ordered one sample and one full size scent and these are the genuine article at great prices. Items were received quickly and very well packaged. You can tell these are people who care about the products they sell and getting them to the customer in good condition. I will definitely shop here again.

A wonderful service. Provide expensive fragrance at a fraction of the big bottle price. Try before you buy. This time I bought 10ml bottles for my holiday to save on weight it’s the large 100ml heavy bottles. All genuine fragrances and shipped straight to your home. Have used them before. They never disappoint.
