Products are in good condition. Order was delivered very quickly. But it wasn't any samples added to the order.

Using my Christmas Gift voucher…

Arrogant service
My husband tried to buy me perfume at Christmas. He asked for coco channel the young temp behind the counter gave him the wrong perfume. Even when questioned they said it was the only one.
After Christmas my husband took the perfume back to the shop to exchange it for the right perfume, this he was told by a permanent member of staff that the only channel perfume was No.5. She was arrogant and argumentative when my husband said that the perfume he wanted came in a black and gold box. She told him no it was this box! My poor husband left the shop embarrassed by this blonde staff member.
I took the perfume back myself. This was the 3rd visit for 1 bottle of perfume albeit a £145.00 bottle of perfume. I wasn't so easily embarrassed and although I got a sullen half hearted apology they didn't have the size I wanted in stock. We eventually ordered online. I now have the right perfume. No thanks to the Bangor shop. I can't imagine my husband will ever shop here again.
