Just been to the Bath store. Absolutely great customer service .
Being a manager myself and being the shop is in Bath. I do expect the kind of service that should be four star. The man who I imagine is the manager was extremely helpful. I was happy to see they had many offers on and bought more than I should have of. I will be visiting again. Thank you.

Fantastic service, definitely recommended

The lady who served me was very helpful. I wasn’t sure which perfume to go for and went in and out of the shop a couple of times having different sprays.
When I did choose the perfume i wanted she was friendly and chatty.

We had such a lovely experience at the perfume shop, thanks to Jiya and Paul. They were both incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect scent. I didn’t feel rushed at all—instead, they guided me with care and great knowledge until I found a fragrance that truly suits me.
What I appreciated most was how well they listened and then suggested something I might not have chosen myself, but it has now become one of my absolute favourites. Their passion and personal touch made the whole experience feel special and memorable.
Thank you, Jiya and Paul, for your kindness and professionalism—We will definitely be coming back!

My 2 local stores used to offer great customer service but the staff don’t seem to want to help so I bought online. Then realised that I could save £12 (including paying for delivery) by buying online at look fantastic. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping with The Perfume Shop any longer

Bought perfume on line for my wife for Christmas.
Opted to pick up at store, which showed item in store to buy, and available to pick up from store.
Paid by my credit card with the amount shown on my credit card as pending
Email arrived to confirm order..great
followed by a 2nd one confirming the order had now been cancelled!!!
Rang the store at Bath, to be told that because there was low stock, they could not sale it to me.
I answered that the online shop had given me this option.
The person at the shop explained that the company preferred you come to the shop and even though they had stock, they couldn't sell it to me.
I mentioned that I was coming to the shop to pick up said perfume.
The shop person advised this was company policy.
I said the product was still available to purchase online and suggested that they take this option away and asked why they didn't want my custom.
I opted to buy from John Lewis instead and found it a particular easy process. I'm not sure if I will use the perfume shop in the future. The amount is still showing pending on my credit card account and obviously the perfume shop doesn't want you buy online.

price is good service excellent could not be better I would never buy perfume anywhere else

I had such a GOOD experience in the branch in Bath.
Max helped me incredibly well with my sesrch for a really nice exclusive aftershave.
His people skilsd are just so good.
His product knowledge incredible.
His patience finding me something 'different' for my gift for my grandson.
Such an asset to the shop and to anyone who he serves.
Thanks Max you made it such an incredble experience.

I wanted a perfume that was not in stock. The gentleman who served me was really helpful. Ordered on Thursday and delivered on Saturday to my home. First class service I believe! Well done.

All the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They didn’t have what I wanted but ordered it for me and it arrived by free delivery two days later.

I hate purchasing aftershave. The choice is overwhelming, and it's often a several-hundred-pound gamble. I had an incredible interaction with Millie at the Bath Store. I headed in on a whim, knowing loosely what my preferences are, and Millie was incredibly patient in recommending various different options, listening to my feedback and building upon it until we found two products I loved. Exceptional service!

Absolutely fantastic service. Fast delivery to home at no extra charge. Best price compared to a lot of other shops I looked at.
