I received such a warm friendly welcome from the team when I arrived at the Bournemouth store. There were no lady million gift sets available on the shop floor so Lewis Hasler went to check the stock room. On his return he was kind enough to remove the items from the box as requested & placed them in a bag. He wished me a good rest of the day. He was friendly, polite & efficient. Thank you for making my experience a good one Lewis.

I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and left to peruse the samples until I was ready. When I did not find the scent I was looking for, Serbay gave me his recommendations for options that met my needs but were not offered as samples. I left happy with my purchase, a loyalty card, and some free samples and swag to boot. I will certainly be back.
