I bought a bottle of perfume Sauvage 200 ml when back home and open it found it Eau de toilette , I returned back , they refuse to take back because I opened the plastic cover . Issue was not yet resolved.

I wanted two different perfumes to buy as gifts but one of the perfumes I wanted was not in stock. The sales assistant had explained the different sizes and prices and told me the most economical one. She said she could order it for me and it would be delivered by Royal Mail to my address. I asked how long it would take and she said it’s usually pretty quick so I agreed to do that. The order arrived within 2 days so I was delighted. The assistant was very helpful and I will definitely purchase from the store again.
