I had a great shopping experience at the store thanks to Lauren the adviser. Her knowledge of each perfume was amazing and she was incredibly patient as I found my perfect perfume! If you need some expertise, I would highly recommend speaking to Lauren, you won’t be disappointed.

Lisa attended to my husband and I , she gave the best service ever , she gave some recommendations about different perfumes, allowed us to perceive them and we were able to choose our preferred one, we will definitely return because of her, Also every staff in the store looks so nice and approachable.

Walking into the shop as first-time customers, all the employees were so helpful and gave my partner and I detailed explanations of each scent of perfume/ aftershave. My partner ended up finding a lovely aftershave we both loved and were given little samples for us to try in a gift bag. Wonderful experience, highly recommend asking an employee to help you find your preference of perfume/ aftershave!

I always buy my fragrances here, even when they cost less in other outlets. The reasons are excellent customer service and the way the fragrance can be personally packaged. For instance, when I go into Superdrug, some of the staff at the perfume counter can be rude and abrupt. They won’t help you with returns, even if you have the receipt and an unopened box. Shops have targets to meet, which puts pressure on staff. I understand that. However, I don’t get that vibe at The Perfume Shop, unlike in Superdrug and sometimes Boots. The Perfume Shop has a much more relaxed atmosphere, even when busy. I love the option to have the fragrances personally wrapped, which I can’t get at Boots or Superdrug. The personalised ribbon makes it even more special. Liz, a lady in the Dundee store, helped me one Saturday in February. She provided excellent customer service. The shopping experience to purchase gifts at Christmas was easy and uncomplicated, and the staff were excellent. Keep up the great work. I look forward to my next visit.

Went into DUNDEE store today to purchase gifts for going back home and was not acknowledged by 2 colleagues who continued their conversation. I stood for 5-8 minutes, I gave up and walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Terrible customer service especially from the store manager, she is very rude and unfriendly. The store manager needs to be replaced immediately as this has happened to me more than once.

I was in the Dundee store and the person that served me couldn’t have been more helpful to find me an aftershave I’ve been struggling to pick out. I think her name was Kelly. She really gave me excellent customer service. Would definitely go back!

Always a great choice of stock.There is very seldom any probs with stock issues or deliveries.Staff are always there to help with issues should they arise.
