Review on behalf of my husband- served by Angela- Spicebomb Metalic Musk. He bought the 90mls which was better value as explained by Angela- very knowledgable about aftershave. Benefit card also given and look forward to the emails regarding deals and offers. Smells amazing! Marriage saver. It’s a shame the shopping centre is emptying- thanks Angela- patient and knowledgeable. We will be back!

Popped into The Perfume Shop in East Kilbride Shopping Centre today and had a brilliant experience. I was looking to buy three premium perfumes as gifts, and Lucas was incredibly helpful from start to finish.

He took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered some spot-on recommendations, and made sure everything was just right without any pressure.

The whole process was quick & friendly. He even helped with some suggestions on which ones would suit different people. I left the shop really happy with my purchases and feeling like I'd got great value and advice.

I would definitely recommend this store, especially if you get Lucas serving you, top lad! 5 stars all the way. Thanks again!

Visited the store in East Kilbride Shopping Centre today. The staff Keira and Angela were so welcoming and friendly. Their knowledge and advice on the products was very helpful. I did purchase and will certainly be back for a visit to this store. Hopefully Keira and Angela are working as it makes shopping for perfume so much easier. Thanks both of you.

I had to shop for a special birthday present today. I'd been to boots (I have a gift card) I'd been to superdrug and spotted the perfume shop, somewhere I never really shop unless it's the boxing sales. I was really surprised at the great offers in store, not only that but how helpful and friendly the young man on the shop floor was. For context I was really flustered and had in tow my very grumpy and fed up 4 year old. The shop assistant Lucas, was so patient, was able to assist me, cheer her up enough for him to advise me on the best deals in store, his own favourite scents, had fabulous advice. This young shop assistant is very well mannered, clear spoken and polite with full knowledge of what he was selling. I will definately make the Perfume Shop will now be my first stop rather than 3rd or 4th knowing that Lucas will be able to assist me. I really think he will go far.its unusual to find someone working in a store so young and knowledgeable and polite!

Visited the East Kilbride store today and what a pleasure:) Angela went out of her way trying to help me find a similar perfume to one of my favourites that has been discontinued. Very happy with my purchase and the fantastic customer service I received!

When into easkilbride store looking for a Jennifer Lopez perfume did not have the one I wanted but have another one I liked. Angela that served me offered to go on line and get the perfume deliverd to the store I wanted, she was very friendly and helpful she also got me signed up for the vlp reward .card

It was my birthday, and my wife wanted to treat me to a new perfume. The only problem? Neither of us knew exactly what I was looking for.
Thankfully, Aimee and Angela came to the rescue. They were incredibly patient and guided us through a variety of scents with genuine care and attention. There was no rush or pressure—just a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience enjoyable.
