I went to buy a perfume as a gift and Lin especially was SO helpful. She helped access my account even when I couldn't log in on the app. She helped me access my VIP and apply my discounts. Absolute life saver. Best range of perfumes and best customer service x

Today at 12.31.03, I shopped for perfume at the Perfume shop in Harlow and the Customer Service I received was exemplary. The lady that gave this exceptional service was called Desi. It was very refreshing to be served by such an individual who had knowledge of the products she is employed to sell & did so with patience & kindness.
