Great smell, really like it

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

My experience in Gillingham was first class. The lady was very helpful and friendly. She set up my order and arranged for me to have it delivered to my home address. It arrived safely in 4 days. Definitely will be going back in the future.

The perfume was not packaged properly it could of been broken it was rolling around in the box

Tina at the store helped me get exactly what I was looking for!
I explained one or two of my favourite perfumes/Elixirs and within 5min I found a great perfume for men.
Tina knew her men’s fragrances and provided an excellent service

Tina served me and my partner today, we told her what we knew we liked and she suggested several other fragrances we may like, which were all absolutely spot on! She was really friendly, extremely knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile for us. Spent a fair while letting us smell the different fragrances and discuss what we liked best between eachother. There was no feeling of being rushed or being a nuisance. We will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service from Tina in the Hempstead Valley branch of The Perfume Shop. She was extremely helpful when purchasing two bottles of perfume and went above and beyond for us. Such a lovely, thoughtful lady who is a real asset to that shop. Hope she’s working next time we go in and purchase something 🤞🏻

The staff there are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I went to get a different perfume to my usual one as I fancied a change. The staff there were so patient and recommended so many great fragrances based on my preference. Shout out to Julie who helped me note down the scents on the sample cards (over 10 of them!)
