Went with my partner for new perfume for my birthday, we were served by Steph who was absolutely lovely. She was very knowledgeable about the different perfumes and what is going to be popular, we went for the new alien (Thierry muglar fan for years) which Steph informed us was very new and didn’t actually officially launch in the uk for another couple days. She also informed us about the member cards and the benefits of having one which we then set up. Also as it was my birthday there were a couple of extra gifts slipped into my bag which were absolutely lovely, hopefully we will get a cheeky wee night away with no kids so I can use my new Michael Kors overnight bag! There were also a couple free samples slipped in to, overall Steph was lovely, chatty and very knowledgeable.

We went to one of there shops in Inverness Scotland today . My wife bought a 100ml of paco rabanne for my birthday . When I saw her recipt I saw on it £99 ? I checked online because I never ever paid that much. First up Amazon , dearest was £30, else where I looked on different places was £28 ? Wher did they get £99 I’ve tried to ring customer services, no one answers
I’m fuming we are both in our 70’s and can’t afford to be ripped off

I was greeted at the shop by Steph . Amazing one to one skills .i gave her thoughts on my suggestions and also she gave me some other suggestions to . I have left very confident in the products I have bought to day . Will be a returning customer

I was greeted with a big smile from a wonderful customer service assistant -Ann , what a lovely lady , she understood my need and very professionally discussed some option ,
Ann’s product knowledge is very impressive ,
She provided 1 of the best experiences in retail shopping , we also had a lovely conversation , I could have chatted all day , Ann is s s credit to your company she deserves 10/10 ,

I (39M) attended the Perfume shop to treat myself to an aftershave and was greeted with smiles by the customer service lady, Steph. I thought I had found a "Deal" online for a Dior aftershave but I mistook the 60ml and 100ml options. I had a saved tab on my phone for the same 100ml aftershave from a competitor and it was a decent amount cheaper so Steph kindly price matched the item. Not only this but I also got a little Dior wash bag as an added gift and some testers for my female friends. This really made my day as it was the first time I've treated myself to aftershave in years. Super helpful, informative, very friendly and a great deal. Thank you so much.
