I had a really positive experience at The Perfume Shop, White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds, thanks to Hayley. I had a free gift with my purchase, but unfortunately the gift was not available in store. Instead of simply saying they didn’t have it, Hayley was very helpful and kindly offered me a suitable alternative. I really appreciated her effort and the way she handled the situation.
I had purchased the same product at another store previously, and when the free gift wasn’t available there, I didn’t even receive a proper response or any help. The difference in customer service was huge.
Hayley was friendly, professional and genuinely made an effort to make sure I was happy. She is a great example of excellent customer service and a real credit to The Perfume Shop team. Thank you, Hayley! ⭐️
