Tehya was extremely knowledgable when helping me find my fragrances today, she also showed me a discovery set of tom ford perfumes which had little samples of a few fragrances in them when i told her i didn’t know which one i’d like. Perfect customer service!!!

Mel is great, her recommendations are top notch.

A member of staff, Sarah, was incredibly helpful in helping me choose my first perfume for daily wear. She took down my preferred fragrances and gave me samples. I found a perfume best suited to me. She also let me know of an offer going on later in the week. A really wonderful experience and I will be returning for more advice and guidance for future perfumes. 🩷

I visited your store in queensgate and was served by a lovely young lady called tehya I am quite fussy when it comes to perfume and she advised let me sample some she was really friendly I didn’t feel rushed to buy I ended up purchasing a bottle that was lovely

I want to give a big thank you to the young woman who helped me pick out a gift set for Father’s Day. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find something meaningful. I wasn’t quite sure what to get, but she asked thoughtful questions and quickly guided me to a few great options that matched my budget and style.

Her knowledge of the products was impressive, but more than that, she made the experience enjoyable and personal. I left feeling confident and excited about the gift I chose. My dad absolutely loved it!

Popped into the Peterborough Queensgate store today, was very pleasantly greeted by Stacey. She really went above and beyond with her knowledge and service, a very friendly and welcoming lady! Credit to the team 5*’s.

I only popped into the shop to ask the price. The item was not in stock but available from the warehouse. There was also a 20% off which meant the item was nearly half price. The assistant was lovely and helpful and quickly arranged for home delivery at no extra cost. Ordered on Saturday, delivered on Tuesday.

I don’t often leave reviews, but their warmth, expertise, and attention to detail genuinely deserve recognition. They offered thoughtful advice and guided me in selecting perfumes suited to a range of age groups—each one carefully chosen and well-matched. I’ll certainly be returning.
