Excellent customer service
The staff were very nice. The lady working there, Sevilsy, helped us to find what we were after and really made our experience memorable. She even gift wrapped our perfume for us in excellent condition

I've always been very pleased with the extremely high level of service I receive from the FIRST FLOOR 'the perfume shop' at LAKESIDE shopping centre. It is always a breath of fresh air which lifts the mood and encourages customers to spend their money when customer service is at it's highest. Thanks for your exemplary service Gitana and to your manager as well. The first floor employees at the perfume shop should train members of staff who work on the ground floor perfume shop. The standards of those on the ground floor are really appalling.

NICKI AND LUCY ROCK!
Had no idea what to get but Nicki and Lucy were so amazing they helped me out in record breaking time as I am ina rush, even had time to personalise a ribbon which I didn’t even know was a thing (Nice touch btw). I will defo be back some time soon and I will be telling all my friends and family to go Lakeside Shopping Centre (The upstairs one btw) for all their perfume and aftershave needs and to make sure to ask for NICKI and LUCY! Great customer service. We had a blast. Xx

Today (06/01/2025), shopped in Lakeside Mall and was served by Lucy. I ended up buying 2 perfumes, and I picked up the 2nd one solely based on the positive interaction with the salesperson there! Lucy is amazingly knowledgable about perfumes, the way they're manufactured and which properties of individual brands/models make the ideal for specific preferences. I was amazed by how she was able to match what I expressed in words with an actual perfume that I liked & purchased. Thank you, Lucy!
