Visited the store in the Trafford Centre to purchase a birthday gift. I was served by Aaliyah who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the perfumes you stocked. This made our experience less stressful and the added bonus of gift wrapping was much welcomed. I went to The Perfume Shop and had the worst experience
I went to The Perfume Shop in the Trafford Centre 6 days ago and had a really good experience. However, this time it was awful. I asked a staff member, Amir, a simple question about an aftershave and instead of helping, he sarcastically told me to “Google it.” That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and disappointing, especially compared to the excellent service I received on my previous visit.
