I had an excellent experience at the perfume shop on the top floor of the Trafford Centre, thanks to Aqib. From the moment I walked in, he provided outstanding customer service and made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
Aqib was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to show me a variety of different fragrances without making me feel pressured. He listened to what I was looking for and offered great recommendations, helping me find the perfect scent. Thanks to his expertise and patience, I ended up purchasing Valentino Born In Roma Men's perfume, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
Aqib is a real credit to the store. Friendly, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers, he made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. On top of that, he's a very smart and presentable young man who represents the brand exceptionally well.
Excellent service like this deserves recognition, and Aqib certainly deserves a pay rise for the level of customer care he provides. Thank you, Aqib, for such a fantastic experience!

Just walked into the store with intentions to buy. The two guys serving did not even acknowledge me, just chatted to each other! I was the only customer in the store. I walked out and spent my cash elsewhere ! Crap service, these guys don’t deserve their job!
