Went into the trinity store, was served by two lovely ladies Jodie and Macy who were both very helpful . The service received from these two ladies was fantastic they went above and beyond to help me find the right perfume. Both are a credit to the store they didn’t once rush me and were more then happy to help

Opted for express collection as was on a tight timeline, didn't arrive and instead went in standard, been waiting for them to cancel the order as it's ready to collect and they are still unable to do this. I'm expected to wait 2 more weeks for it to be considered uncollected and then refunds processed which takes another 14 days. 1 month of waiting for something that should have arrived next day but instead chose to arrive after I'd left for holiday. Won't bother using again.

Jayden was absolutely amazing – super friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what to recommend. Made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. Thank you!

Came in just wanting to buy my parents a gift for valentines, i was assisted by the lovely jodie and tracy in the store. Jodie was very polite and patient with me ensuring i got the right scent. The store had an incentive on which allowed customers to spin a wheel in order to win some goodies, which i think was a sweet idea given the occasion. Jodie then selflessly asked me to be her galentine for this year in which I also received more perfume bits. I really enjoyed my trip and would recommend her service to anyone.

Well where do I start, I came in Leeds trinity looking for ideas for my dad birthday that was coming up and knew he liked collecting aftershaves. I came into The Perfume Shop and I was utterly bewildered about what I should get my dad, I’m not very well versed in fragrances and how to go about finding something new that would still be along the lines of what he likes… Cue Lauren! Honestly she clearly saw that I was a bit lost and came to help me out right away, she was very enthusiastic and clearly knew her stuff as all it took was for me to mention ‘Hugo Boss orange’ or ‘Savage’ (ones that my dad already owns and really likes) and boom! There was multiple tester strips already out and within minutes she easily showed me what he already and a few variations that were similar but not too overpowering; as I had left it up to last minute (as a bloke usually would) she saved a great deal of stress and reassured me that this would be a great option for him. Just gave my dad the aftershave a few hours and its safe to say it was a hit and for the first time in years my dad actually complimented me on my choice of gift (apparently, I have a bad taste in wine - could have lived without knowing the last bit but hey ho)

There was a lovely sales assistant called Lauren spent 30 mins searching for my perfect fragrance.
I think I will be buying it for life her knowledge and pleasant attitude made the whole experience amazing.
Will recommend anyone to go.

I came into store looking for a perfume for my sister, Lily and Jayden were really helpful and worked together to suggest me fragrances that suited my needs. I ended up with the perfect gift. Lily gift wrapped it beautifully with a personalised ribbon which I thought was a nice touch. Would really recommend the perfume shop in Leeds trinity.

I came into the Leeds trinity shop late in the evening yesterday, I was served by a lovely lady called Tracy. She was delivering me great customer service at the time, I witnessed a theft in store which was quite overwhelming but Tracy still remained calm, and stil delivered great customer service. I would just like to recognise how professionally she dealt with the situation

I’m a frequent customer at the perfume shop in trinity and I’ve never had a problem with the customer service - the staff are so lovely and helpful. Maleehah especially has always been very accommodating and patient, helping me as much as I need :)
