AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE!
We had a poor experience at Boots regarding the attempted purchase of a bottle of Jean-Paul Gaultier Le Male - so poor we walked away empty-handed and very unimpressed. After a quick Google over coffee we found The Perfume Shop - tucked away in Market Street. The frontage is easy to spot next to Superdrug and the store is directly inside.
We immediately noticed a considerable price point difference here. The item we wanted was also on offer so happy days! As if that wasn't enough, the thoughtfulness, kindness and professionalism of the 2 ladies who dealt with us was unprecedented. A MASSIVE shout out goes to JULIA who served us and SINEAD who did a most impressive job of gift wrapping. They both took the time to chat to us oldies and were genuinely understanding. We left feeling quite overwhelmed that lovely people like these are out there and willing to go the extra mile
