Don't buy from this company. Its a Scam.

Zero star, scam please avoid at all cost , i buy a perfume that i never received.

My rating is zero. This is a SCAM. Do NOT order. I haven’t received my perfume that I spent £99 on. I’ve emailed multiple times, called but the line is dead, tried to message on instagram chat function and all with no reply or success. They are thieves and fraudulent. How are they allowed to still be operating? I have reported it to Amex who are dealing with it and cancelling the payment. Shame on you whoever is running this taking innocent peoples money.

Order placed and then reviewed on Trust Pilot.

My wife’s heart sank when she read the reviews which suggested that this company was running a scam.

Unfortunately everything my wife feared has come true and this company is a SCAM.

Avoid this company and get your goods elsewhere!

We are now in the process of trying to recover our money through our credit card company and hope to receive a full refund. Just relieved that my wife used our credit card to make the purchase as trying to get a refund had she used her bank card would have been so much harder.

Order placed over four weeks ago and still not been shipped.
No response to webchat
No response to phone calls
No response to emails
Avoid at all costs
** After this post, I cancelled my payment, within 15 minutes I had a scam phone call about my credit card??? Coincidence ?

SCAM? Perfume world smells very fishy!
Ordered a month ago & heard nothing since.
They are VERY quick to take money from credit card.
They ignore all emails.
Can't find their returns address on google street view, not that I've got anything to return. But disturbing all the same.
Now in the process of formally cancelling & seeking a refund.

It should be a zero! Ordered on the 6th April, no sign of any perfume. Emailed 3 times, tried live chat no reply. Have contacted my bank to start a chargeback! Do not order from this company it’s a scam !

Total ripoff!! They're nothing more than common thieves. Robbed me of nearly £19, ok, I won't really miss it but that's not the point. Have changed my bank card to prevent the thieving scum from plundering my account and I suggest everyone who's placed an 'order' with them to do the same as it is likely that they are a front to a much larger organisation that 'harvests' financial data from unsuspecting souls, like us, for sale on the Dark Web to the highest bidder, whoever that may be. Exercise extreme caution people!!

Avoid total Scam. Not a legitimate website. No contact number and one email address given to contact them is unrecognised. They do not reply on their chat either.
Their listed physical address is 608 Yardley Wood road in Birmingham. That is an Asian supermarket called Zebs. Have reported them to my bank and Trading standards for fraud.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Without doubt the worst online company Ive ever had the displeasure of having to deal with, ordered a bottle of perfume in the 9th January, didn’t receive it, despite trying call email and chat they’ve basically taken my money and sent me nothing and haven’t done a thing about it, promised a refund and then reneged on doing so, I’m in touch with trading standards regarding this… I have screenshots of all chat messages so I can back up my claim completely….basically they’re thieves
