Incredible business! Absolutely gorgeous personalised peppa pig plates which were high quality and exactly what I envisioned! The design on the bags is exactly the same as in my original design — they look super cute and are perfect for the birthday party! The seller was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. The only thing I would love to see are even bigger bag options in the future. Overall, a great experience!

As a small business, I'm genuinely appalled at the customer service. I like supporting small businesses for obvious reasons but my orders get canceled and I get refunded before being contacted even though I have been messaging back and forth. I didn't get to approve the designs before as it says on the website I am genuinely APPALLED. I hope this review gets seen and the company takes what I have said and considers it instead of ignoring it like when I messaged saying this so that an amicable solution could be found. I now have a birthday party with half of what I needed. Not great!

Emma worked above & beyond to help me create the perfect first birthday party for my little, Moana-loving Girl! We discussed my vision (that I changed three times lol) though Instagram until I went to the unit to have a chat. I instantly knew I was in safe hands and totally trusted Emma. For those reading this review, Emma created and designed everything. Invitations, menus, RSVP, guest information cards, table plans, order of day and order of service. Everything was high quality and clearly lots of time and effort had gone into it all.
