I placed an order on 28th of December and not received it. Initially I sent a follow up email on the 10th January and was asked would I like a reorder or a refund. I asked for the item.
As of yet no item has been received and all my additional emails have been ignored
I ordered 3 packs of treats from this business and they have never arrived. I also sent an email asking for an update on the order 3 weeks after it was placed and paid for and to date have had no response.

i have an extremely fussy french bulldog that has tried every dog biscuit and meat available.. they sent me a sample of the biscuits when i ordered something else she loved them so ive re purchased from them and all of my 3 dogs love them. great staff really helpful and next day delivery!
