I have been ordering for months
I have been ordering for months, and wasn’t sure my pet was experiencing good gut health, because he every now and then still vomits, and is constantly licking his paws. We were going to discontinue using it, however, he has regular stools, and are not sure he’s not benefiting from it. It may just be the treats or the food, or he may have gotten chiggers. He really likes having his teeth cleaned. We are not going to take him off the probiotics. Thank you so much for offering this product.

Placed an order and paid for expedited…
Placed an order and paid for expedited delivery and it never arrived. Reached out and an AI Bot responded. They replaced my order (with a trial of another item) I did not request additional merchandise, I just wanted what I ordered. Above & beyond customer service. I must say that the AI Bot is pretty good. I have my product and the extra items and my dogs ate both so we will see if I get any results in relieving the itching and maybe cut back on the other med I give them. I hope to post an update in about 3 months. If I was rating the customer service it would I would give a 5 but since I don't know if the product is going to work yet I had to give it a 4.
