My experience is I have canceled this… don’t listen to customers

My experience is I have canceled this product four times and you keep charging me and sending me more product. I’ve asked for it to be canceled for five months now.

Beautiful teeth

Don't send me your stuff .

Don't send anymore products. Then I get billed , I don't want a subscription to ur products coming to me. A person should be able to go on your website and order what she needs and then go leave it alone. Don't have to worry about 12 more come to the mail..

Don’t waste your time

My ex my experience was that they have poorly trained customer service people that are slow that do not listen, and are rather punitive I shall say. Confirm they had all information needed and still did not cancel shipment and program, causing me to waste more of my time than I have already wasted. I have tried their product with three different dogs and every single one of them would not touch any food with it on it. This is purely a marketing scam and the rating shown on Trustpilot make me not want to trust Trustpilot anymore. We will see if they respond to a direct email.

Excellent customer service ( slow but excellent)

I’ve been giving my dog the probiotic chew for about 6 months and she doesn’t lick her paws or fabric anymore.
Recently I bought the dental powder but it did not agree with her, she vomited 3 mornings in a row. I stopped giving it to her and contacted the company wondering if I could return for a refund. ( I bought 3 jars) They gave me a full refund without me having to send my three jars back.

I found the product was lasting longer…

I found the product was lasting longer than what it was supposed as they were sending me a new package monthly. I notified them as to only send every other month. That worked , it was easy to change the delivery date! All is well now, and my dogs teeth are greatly improved now
