Bought only 10 as never used this company before and had seen varying reviews on various companies with quality of pigs ears being a problem. However, the pigs ears from Pet Warehouse were of a very good quality and delivered VERY quickly so I am about to order a larger amount from them now!

The company posted my order in super quick time. Happy with the amount of packaging. Maybe in future just alert people that the box/packaging will be very large in case someone needs to carry it a long way. Overall very pleased with the service, thanks!

This site is great! With good prices on the products ! Bought a cage here for 59 quid where as on other sites, the exact same cage cost about 70 ! However, I am a little disappointed because in the packagImg they forgot to include a few clips for the cage , which I had to phone them back to ask about.

Bought the Scruffs dog blanket which is great and worth every penny. Dog loves it too. Faux fur one side and faux suede the other. Delivery was very quick. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a harness for my dog, it was unfortunately the wrong size for her so I had to send it back. They contacted me straight away with lovely customer service and helped me find anouther for her and sent it out no problem. Would recommend them completely.

Ordered a hamster cage which arrived well within the promised timescale. Unfortunately the base of the cage was damaged on arrival. I contacted pet warehouse who replied very quickly and sent a replacement base out in just 2 days. Excellent service.

when cage arrived earlier than expected which was great. i found the front locks did not line up and had proplems with closing it. i rang the firm and the customer service was brillant they ordered a new part which is now fine i am more than please with my perchase . A++++++++++++
