I have purchased both a arcade game and a pinball machine from The Pinball Company.both arrived as advertised,while ther was a issue with delivery of the pinball machine,they stayed on top of problem until it was resolved.Great people to work with

I need help with my first machine purchased from the pinball company. I immediately got the proprietor on the line and he proceeded to call me back on facetime to answer my questions on set up. Great service after the sale.

I purchased Twilight Zone. Perfect machine and very pleased. In addition to being collector quality appearance they also rebuilt the flippers, reflowed solder, and numerous other items that really make the difference.

I also own Addams Family and during a service check for that machine a very knowledgable person inspected the Twilight Zone and commented on what a nice job they did.

I was hesitant to purchase online and can vouch that they sent me a top quality machine and went the extra mile - it is in amazing condition both playfield and also the electrical work underneath.

Very happy with my purchase and recommend them without reservation.

I ordered a pinball machine for my child for Christmas for 8600. I called after weeks and they said it had been stuck with the shipping company. I have contacted them numerous times as well as the delivery company and they keep saying it's on its way. Needless to say my child did not get her gift and it's Dec 31st and I was told it is not their problem. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Customer service is non existent.

I recently bought 2 Pinball machines from The Pinball Company. The experience went well above and beyond my expectations. Brooke was very pleasant to work with over the phone when I needed a replacement part sent. I would highly recommend buying pinball from this company. I will be making future purchases from this company as well.

I just bought my very first pinball for my home bar. I'm excited but was nervous about buying it online. Brook explained how they prepare the machines in shipment and how they do this all the time. I haven't received my machine but when I get it in a few weeks, it's on! Go BATMAN!

Delivery was slow. When deliverd the two personnel were in a hurry and did not even plug in the game to see if it worked. I paid for delivery and setup, so I thought they would plug it in and show me how it works. I called tech the same day when I had a problem with settings and Robert was extremely helpful.

This is the worst customer service company I have ever encountered. After 3 weeks of ordering a Rolling Stones pinball machine, I had to contact them to find out what the delay was, only to be told there were electrical issues they were trying to resolve. After another week of false promises, the machine was still not working properly and we had to ask for a refund.
At no time did Brooke offer any type of restitution for replacing it with another machine. Only at full cost of a replacement. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY WISE CONSUMER....FOR $7000, they should have been conciliatory and amendable to their customers!!

I’m unable to rate the equipment, but I had a very disappointing first customer service experience. Unfortunately, our purchasing agent miscommunicated the entry door size, and the unit could not be installed. We fully owned the error and called the company to see if there was a way to pay to have machine disassembled and then reassembled. The gentleman I spoke to told me that the machine could be disassembled, but that it was my problem because we provided wrong information. I acknowledged that the error was on us, but I was trying to figure out what my options, and since I paid $1,200 for the delivery and setup, I was hoping he could help me figure this out. His tone changed, and he became argumentative. He told me they don’t even provide the delivery and setup anymore, and that he didn’t know why his wife agreed to it. He proceeded to tell me that I need to figure it out with the delivery because they had already been paid. So I asked if that was it, and he wasn’t willing to help me try to figure it out. He again reminded me that the problem was mine and hung up on me. Like I said, disappointing.
