So my first lot arrived damaged- I reached out to the company and had a replacement and a gift arrive undamaged in good time. Can’t wait to use them. They look exactly what I need.

Absolutely brilliant business. Their products are innovative, effective and beautiful - I use their pins regularly and they look great and do the job perfectly. They’re clearly well designed and manufactured to a high standard. Delighted to find them as I couldn’t find anything similar on the market. Would strongly recommend. Also their customer service is personal, helpful and very quick to respond.

The pin is sturdy and well-made. I am very pleased with it - I took a risk (since there are such a lot of shoddy products out there, and I am glad I did.

I bought the black pearl and star pins - both are great. I have lost weight and used them to revitalise my favourite dresses - so these clever pins are not just for jeans! Highly recommend

I am very pleased with my pins. As someone whose middle has got smaller (hooray), this is such a good way of getting your clothes to fit. Also nicely made.

Great Customer Service / Issue resolution
Firstly the products sold are of good quality and very versitile, with many uses.
I had ordered a couple of pins that were delivered in around 2-3 weeks. Once they arrived I was disapointed to see that one had been damaged in transit. This is the exact situation that makes me re-think ever ordering onlin as I hate to deal with returns / exchanges. I contacted Thepintheory, explaining the situation and providing images of the damage. They immediatly sent out a replacement, no delay or back and forth conversations. Just resolved the issue.
So I will be ordering from them again in the future, confident if something does go wrong it will be resolved without any hassle.

I love my waist pins! They came just as described, are easy to use, and they are cute and less bulky than a belt! They’re helping me get extended use out of my jeans that are a little baggy around the waist.

I really like the product for suggested use and other uses like closing cardigans.

My order had a small problem but the team replied to my message very quickly and fixed the issue immediately. I'd definitely buy more from them.

Very expensive - paid £12 + £5 postage - then found they are available on Temu for around £1.
To be fair though I requested a return and got an immediate full refund including the postage without having to return them.

They are legit!!! NGL I didn’t know what to expect when I got these, but I’m extremely happy with the purchase. I’m a male who hates wearing belts as the buckle often makes bloated. These are the perfect solution and they hold! I bought three and was given a 4th one for free. Love them!

I had a really great experience with Pin Theory. I bought three sets of pins, and loved two of them that turned up (Star and Sword waist adjusters). They were
great quality and have been super useful for adjusting my trousers and shirts that don’t fit anymore. It’s a unique alternative to throwing away old clothes, especially for clothes that can’t be adjusted with a regular belt. One of the pins (Crystal waist adjusters) wasn’t as good quality, with the design disappoint and different from how it had been advertised. I emailed Pin Theory about this, and Jack O was super kind and helpful in explaining that the issue was a supplier one. He sent me a replacement set of the Crystal adjusters and another set of my choosing. I’d really recommend shopping with Pin Theory!

These little pins are awesome - being a curvy lady with an 11” difference between my waist and hips, I struggle to find trousers/jeans that don’t gape at the waist. These little beauties are a game changer!

These are exactly what I have been looking for. I hate wearing belts, and have a sway back, so trousers never quite fit. These are really cute and absolutely serve their purpose (ie, keeping my trousers up). I also bought some for my friend. Have worn with a dress too. Will buy again!
