I started the program with Pivot Health last August, mainly because my husband signed us up. I wasn’t entirely sure I would be able to stick to a structured diet plan, and I expected to feel hungry most of the time. I was in for a very pleasant surprise.
Ankur and Firdous were closely involved in our journey right from the beginning. They took the time to understand our routines, preferences, and eating habits in detail. Firdous created a weekly menu that was thoughtfully tailored to our tastes as well as our health goals. I was genuinely impressed by how well it fit into our lifestyle. It also gave us a much better understanding of how different types of food support the body in different ways. The scientific and personalized approach made the plan feel both practical and sustainable.
We had weekly check-ins with Firdous, who was always patient, encouraging, and thorough in addressing our questions. Ankur guided us on the fitness side and helped us better understand what our bodies needed. The diet plan was regularly updated, which kept things interesting and ensured we never felt stuck in a routine.
Over time, we saw consistent and meaningful results. We lost inches and kilos without it ever feeling restrictive or difficult. More importantly, our overall health parameters improved significantly, which was incredibly motivating and reassuring.
What stood out most about the program is how sustainable it feels. The habits we built have now become second nature. Even while traveling, we find it easy to make balanced choices and stay on track. It has been a truly positive, well-structured, and effective program that has made a lasting impact on our lifestyle.
