Pocket rocket!
Ordering on-line was straightforward following a telephone conversation with James who answered the queries that I had. I could not believe how quickly I received my Pocket door. I went for standard delivery and was delivered the next day!
I'm really pleased with the door and it fits the bill perfectly!

Poor delivery
Ordered two pocket doors and Only one arrived. Paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived 3 days later despite the delivery company stating it had arrived next day - which is didn’t.

£250 to return an item
Order arrive fine but client changed their mind on what they wanted.
Hadn’t opened package and went to return, only to be charged a 25% restock-age fee plus £45 delivery.
So it will cost £250 to return a door pocket. Please be sure when you order and don’t want to return anything.
Also look at their return policy’s - they’re super strict!
Especially if you’re a builder because jobs changed daily.

The purchase was easy and…
The purchase was easy and straightforward. As stated the package arrived the day after order. Unfortunately the package had been damaged in transit (not a Pocket Door Co. Issue) and some parts had got lost. The company were very quick in getting out the replacements and also gave good technical advice.

Delivery was good
Delivery was good, driver brought the door right into the house. The door however turned out to be bowed but this wasn't discovered until the builder went to install it and then it was too late to arrange a replacement as it had to be installed that day(fairly long delivery timescales). Make sure you inspect the door as soon as you receive it.

Seamless online buying experience but no communication after as regards dispatch etc so I was left a bit in the dark and eventually had to phone in order to see where my purchase was. However following that everything was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Great quality product.
