Wrong, but very quickly corrected.
Ordered two pocket door locks in brushed steel, one arrived as ordered, the other in chrome. Sent an email to advise and the correct item arrived 2 days later, great service. The items themselves are exactly as described and were fitted with ease by our joiner.

Very helpful with correct information.
The person I spoke with first time, James was very kind. He realised I didn't know anything about doors. He asked me to call back with the builder so he can explain about the pocket doors and which one to order. He gave me his mobile number as well.
