They and the shop
They and the shop do not support Pokemon go especially mentioned buying one to any Pokemon game and transferring it to Pokemon home and transfer to Pokemon go and they said that they don’t do any of that service

Pokestar has never offered Pokémon GO trading services, and we do not support transferring Pokémon to Pokémon GO. Our services are only for the main Nintendo Switch games such as Legends Z-A, Scarlet & Violet, Legends: Arceus, BDSP, and Sword/Shield.
We clearly mention this in multiple places on our website, including the FAQ section and during checkout, to ensure customers understand what services we provide before placing an order.
Because of this, it seems this review may be based on a misunderstanding or possibly confusion with another shop.
