It took weeks from placing the order to actually receiving the goods. When I received the sandals, they were not of a good quality and I immediately sought to return. I have asked for returns policy and advice several times and it has been refused. Avoid this company at all costs. I should have read reviews before ordering. It looks like I will be putting the loss down to experience.

Just received the trainers I bought from THE PONTY, tried them on, took them off, threw them in the bin. SCAM.

Disgraceful quality damaged and the wrong colour DO NOT BUY THEY WILL NOT REFUND.

Ordered a Chore Jacket. What came was nothing like the photo. What did come was a corduroy shirt that was far too small to wear and very poor quality. I've been ripped off! Don't buy anything from this company.

I've been trying to get a refund for 3 months, and they just ignore you. The product quality is pathetic and looks nothing like the photos; don't waste your time and money.

don’t order from this scam i ordered jacket 60£ when i open the box its was 100% different total fake and not same colour i ordered i email them 10 times they don’t care that’s big scam

Avoid ordering from this The Ponty website. The photos and videos of the shoes look real, like Wearbreeze shoes! I ordered a pair of shoes, then I had delivery and opened the package. The shoes looked fake; they were made from cheap materials in China. I tried wearing the shoes while walking, but I wasn't happy with how they felt on my feet. I wanted a return and refund, but they refused a return. So now I have lost money and had to throw the shoes away. The Ponty website's photos and videos copy from Wearbreeze, making people feel fooled, and they are scammers and ripping people off!

This company website has been made to look like it is in the UK, but it is run from a tower block in Hong Kong.
The sizes of the shoes I bought are wrong, but they are refusing to refund my money.
I am going to contact the fraud department of the Hong Kong police because it looks like a scam company or possibly a front money laundering company.

Dear ponty

Its unacceptable to have a jacket that is two sizes to small with no label for size on jacket and poor quality…. So accepting 50% for something that will never fit me and would be better adviced the jacket go to someone that it would fit seems the right thing to do? I would appreciate full refund and jacket to nearest available address for the jacket to be sent not BRASIL thanks

I bought what was advertised as leather orthopedic sandals which on the website looked really good.

What was delivered was attrocious cheap plastic rubbish.

Please, please, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Do not use this company. Poor quality items from China not as they advertise. Try sending it back they will just ignore your emails. Absolute scam and authorities should stop them trading

If there was a zero option I would have used this. I was sent the wrong size and when asked to send the item back I have had no success, they go round in circles and never get back to you. They have broken the trading standard rules when buying goods off the internet!!! I will never purchase from them again!!
Also I expected to receive the item within 48 hours of it being dispatched but it took a couple of weeks to arrive.
Please save your money and time and order from a different place!!

Absolutely no customer service returns are impossible BEWARE

As with many of the other people who have reviewed this company the experience we've had had been terrible.
Customer service is none existent, the quality of the product they sent was abysmal, the time it took to arrive was excessive, their website is misleading.
We have escalated our claim for a refund with the credit card company, as it seems the only way to get satisfaction, but we don't hold out much hope.
My advice would be before you order from this company is too read the reviews first.
Possibly the worst company we've ever delt with

Not reading my email about being unable to take an extra 10% off my order. Saying the order is incomplete because of this, even though I've already paid. Not feeling confident about this at all. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

My order took three weeks to arrive. The sandals did not look anything like the photo. They smell dreadfully of rubber and look extremely cheap. Requested details on how to return, but haven't received a reply. Buyer Beware!

Sadly, a waste of expense, time and oxygen dealing with this company. Ordered in July, didn't not recieve until 3 weeks later, on that basis they were tracked being made in China yet can 'brag' being a British company.
After asking for a refund as the size guide made my balls feel like they were stuck between a thong from primark. Numerous emails were exchanged but they will not accept returns and refund. They have made numerous attempts to keep my custom with the credit or discounts to my account again ignoring my request for a return and refunded wanting me spend more money on a company I do not want to do busniess with.

Piss poor product and customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY ...It is a Chinese website pretending to be British. Ordered a leather jacket and after 3 weeks got a hideous jacket of cheap materials that looked nothing like the one advertised... fortunately paid with PayPal who I have now opened a dispute with and hopefully will get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Only gave a 1 as I can’t select zero… ordered leather candles and plastic rubbish gurned up and customer service is horrendous and don’t respond

I ordered some boxers but when they arrived they were much too small, way below the waist size indicated on the packets. The quality seemed fine. I emailed Ponty and after reading some reviews was not confident in getting a reply. However within a short space of time I received a response requesting me to advise them of the waist size I wanted and they would send out a replacement pack of 10, no need to return the first consignment. Today, good to their word, I received the replacement consignment with exactly the correct size and colour combination. As a test I put one of the original pair through a wash cycle and they are fine, just like new. So I cant really complain as they corrected their error very swiftly., I would recommend that the company review their sizing policy for UK orders, which would save them doubling up on orders to those customers who complain. Of course there will be the majority of customers who will just write them off as an unreliable trader. Get the sizing right and most customers will be more than happy.
