I really really would like to rate the pools highly, lots of things at first seem great. However, the website is very amateur, pages don’t load properly or take a very long time to load. Free spin awards go missing or error messages appear. An example, on 50 free spins it errored out twice on the game. Exiting a games is hard as the home button doesn’t appear, you have page back on your browser and will then often be greeted with a blank page. Needs a lot of work to improve the experience.

I wrote a review about free spins as in you win absolutely nothing , 3 spins 5 spins 1 spin nothing , the reply was we trest everyone fair and its as syraight as they come , i just got 10 free spins and guess what , better luck next time nothing. , take note people there is no wins its a total joke, honestly dont give the pools a penny go elsewhere thats my advice

Should have stuck to "the pools". They don't have best odds guaranteed on horses, no bonuses on lucky 15 etc, the slots are horrendous very low payout percentage and even their lottery and football bets are lower odds and payouts than most other bookmakers. Avoid!!!

Again another site with so many negative reviews and I just wonder if its sour grapes or a true reflection of their gaming experience. I have visited several times a few lossess and a few wins. I love blackjack thats my no 1 game. I measure performance on time of payments and customer services. The pools .com honestly meet my expectations in both departments. Happy to say I will be a returning customer.

The only negative is depositing methods no PayPal. Though I deposited via visa won and payment was back.in my account within 12 hrs. So not the best but certainly not the worse.

Poor service twice I have had a win bet turned in to a draw bet and said loosing bet earlier this morning was second time it’s happened..
Put 40 on a away team in play at 21/10 was winning 1-0 won two nil said on bet when struck 124-00 possible returns came back as a draw bet and a loosing bet this happened last week I have sent 4 emails and spoke to a women this morning absolutely nothing and nothing done last week which wasn’t a live match but a virtual match Liverpool they won same thing!!!
Please swerve these people and the site it’s not professional compared to other sites also freezes a lot but what you get back is sorry but no issues reported...

I don’t do draws very rare indeed so when I rang today the women couldn’t help me or check my bet at time of placing it but the most horrible thing is cheering your bet home 124-00 to going to a loosing bet and a bet you never ever considered doing which was a draw...
The home team where favourite at the start so at 1-0 down say 30 mins to go do you think a draw would be 21/10 no chance!!!

Ps I am telling the truth and not crying over spilt milk I am2000% sure I did away team at 21/10 which won 2/0 so you tell me what’s gone wrong because this has never ever happened before with other companies
