The hypnobirthing pack was such an amazing resource during my pregnancy/birth. I recommend to anyone who is pregnant or any birthing partners!

I followed the PBC course when pregnant with my 3rd child and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Birth of baby #3 was a truly positive and empowering experience - completely different to how I experienced my 2nd birth despite them being almost identical on paper! I can't recommend the course enough, best money I ever spent!

Despite not getting the birth I'd have dreamed of (it all got serious pretty quickly), The Positive Birth Company educated me and empowered me to make informed decisions on my own medical care without being simply swept up in the process of what others think best. A birth that could've been traumatic is still remembered positively and I'll be forever grateful for that. I highly recommend to other expectant parents on a frequent basis.

This completely changed my birthing experience, and my husbands! I look back on pregnancy, labour and postpartum very fondly because I was so well prepared thanks to the hypnobirthing and postpartum course. Even breastfeeding, even though I had my fair share of ups and downs, was much more tolerable thanks to the tips from this course!!! I now gift it to all my friends, it’s really a great course. If I could it give it 100/5 stars, I really would 😂

5 stars isn’t enough!! Best most informative course!! It really helped me to be informed and empowered to have two really positive labour experiences. Both water births and the second was at home. I wouldn’t have gone for a home birth without this course giving me the confidence and knowledge. Siobhan taught us so much. I read her book and then bought the course to do online so my husband would engage and he and I now both recommend this to all our friends having babies!! Cannot recommend enough.

Used PBC for my first birth and revisited the techniques for my second because of how much they made a difference to my first experience.

I gained confidence and knowledge by taking the course, and would recommend it to anyone!

I first used the positive birth company for the birth of my son, my first baby , and honestly it taught me so much, prepared me so much, I would have been so lost without it. My husband said without it, the labour would have terrified him, but he went in understanding all that was going on. It’s been so good I’ve bought it for friends, and recommended it to many. I write this review at 17 weeks pregnant and fully intending on purchasing the course for myself again, so that I don’t forget anything that I was taught via this company. One of the only things I’ll be coming back to this second pregnancy.

The online course was incredibly informative and it was invaluable for my daughter's birth. I wouldn't have been able to advocate for myself without the tools given to me from the PBC. I loved how it was active for the year, I could have purchased it whenever and revisit it whenever I wanted. It was really helpful to be able to watch the videos with my husband too, he really enjoyed them and it made the experience so lovely and enjoyable! Highly highly recommended!!

The Freya app allowed me to have my homebirth four years ago after two epidural births. It was like magic! I am due my fourth baby next month and will be using the amazing app again thank you!!!

Best purchase I’ve ever made! Just taking the course made my first birth trauma make so much more sense, I went on to have two amazing unmedicated natural births after completing the course in 2020, both times using the Freya app. The midwives were so impressed with my mental resolve both times and commented on how lovely and calm I was. I recommended it to a friend also who absolutely loved it and went on to have a positive natural birth.

Brilliant course that informed me to make the right choices and advocate for myself during birth

It is a great informational course about birth and how it all works. It helped me with my births, especially my second and I'm grateful for that.

I would say that more information about when intervention is maybe necessary, through birth story examples perhaps. As it tells you to advocate for no intervention a lot and this can be dangerous in some cases. I also think that it can be realistic about the pain rather than overly positive. You can be positive whilst also prepared.

Took the course for both my first and second births. Have recommended it to all my friends as soon as I found out they were pregnant! I felt so prepared and so did my partner and loved the Freya app!

I wanted a better birth with my second child and so used the online hypno-birthing course. It was so so informative and I felt so much more empowered the second time around. It was a wonderful experience and I was calm throughout, all thanks to what I’d learnt! Would 1000% recommend, it’s worth every penny.

Excellent and cost effective resource. Have purchased twice for both my births and helped me and my partner immeasurably. The Freya app is also amazing and I couldn’t have done labour without it and the positive affirmations and relaxation scripts.

After a traumatic first birth with all the pain relief this helped me to feel less anxious and I had a completely natural second birth that was beautiful, calm and very healing

This company allowed me to remain calm for the majority of my labour. I usually panic about things but it taught me so much about my body (and my rights!). I couldn’t have done it without it! It was also really useful for my husband too!!

The course and book are clear and accessible, with lots of information about the physiology of labour and birth. I liked that it gave a key message about birth not needing to follow a specific plan/ type to be positive and made me feel empowered to ask questions and advocate for myself when things changed unexpectedly after a low risk pregnancy. It was so useful for my husband too, giving him a clear role as my birth partner. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I have another child.
