Waste of Money – Worst Hosting and Support Ever

ThePowerHost is honestly the worst hosting provider I’ve ever used. At first, I bought their shared hosting plan and my WordPress website worked fine. Then one day, they updated their cPanel and blocked WordPress completely on shared hosting. After that, they told me I had to buy a separate WordPress hosting plan just to keep my website running.

I upgraded thinking it would be better, but it became a nightmare. The server was laggy, full of glitches, random “server maintenance” messages that lasted 2–10 minutes, happening 2–8 times a day. Even after renewing my plan for one year, the same issues kept happening again and again. They even kept changing server IPs which made my website unstable.

Their support is terrible — I had to create 2–3 tickets every week, and they usually replied only after 24 hours. Nothing ever got properly fixed.

When I finally gave up and asked for a refund, they refused. They said refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase. I hadn’t even completed one-fourth of my one-year plan, and they still denied my refund. That was the most frustrating part.

Even free hosting performs better than ThePowerHost. I switched to Google Cloud, and it’s been smooth, fast, and stable — no downtime, no lag, and I never had to contact support even once.

Overall, ThePowerHost is a total waste of money and time. Unstable servers, poor support, no refund policy that actually helps customers — I’ll never recommend them to anyone.

This is a biggest scam company. Don't fall in trap

This is a biggest scam company. Just taking your money to buy bots and hire people to write reviews about them on the internet and scamming people to buy the hosting plan. No customer support, no whatsapp support, no ticket support. They will take your money and vanish. I made a payment of 827 for 1 year plan and plan not active and no response and multiple issues manage website

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Powerhost. Delays have been a recurring issue, and despite raising a ticket for my issue, it has not been resolved to date. Even worse, no one has bothered to respond via call, chat, or email, and they had the audacity to close my query without resolution.

The lack of basic support is unacceptable. Every time I tried reaching out, I was told it’s a holiday, which makes it impossible to get timely assistance. I first contacted them before Durga Puja and was told delays were due to the festival. However, even now, after repeated attempts, no one is available to address my concerns.

Powerhost’s service is frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hosting provider to anyone serious about their website. Their inability to provide proper customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner has forced me to consider moving my website to another host.

Guys please be careful.

Worst hosting Provider

I hosted my website with The PowerHost, but it has been down for several hours. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this hosting provider.

I purchased a domain from TP Host some time ago because they offered the cheapest option. If you're a beginner, you might consider using TP Host for your domain needs. However, keep in mind that their customer support is quite poor. When you raise a support ticket, they do respond, but it usually takes 12 to 24 hours.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend TP Host due to their slow customer support.
