I’ve just completed my 6 weeks PT small group. It’s the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Staff are great and amend programmes to suit your ability. I never thought I would enjoy it so much and so much I’ve just signed up for the 8 week inner circle Small PT group. Keep up the good work 😀😀
PY foundation
PY classes are excellent, good value for money. Trainers always supportive and available to answer questions and promote progress. Brilliant set-up. Never used a gym before, and the range of people who go there makes you feel instantly at ease with your own ability.
By far and away the best gym in Bradford, maybe West Yorkshire
Having trained in so many gyms, commercial & independent ones all over Yorkshire and beyond, this is by far and away the best gym I have ever used. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is not intimidating and the clientele range from novices to some very strong trainees. It is suitable for all ages and there is the whole range from young to elderly. men and women, who will all be made to feel very welcome . It truly is a family gym. The equipment is some of the very best available esp. Panatta. The owner is constantly improving the gym and it is truly in a league of its own. Also great monthly price if you join as a duo.
My journey to keep fit
I'm on my 7th wk, I have found everyone so friendly, the PT explains what exercises we are doing and adjust them to each individual, I am feeling more energetic and notice a change in my body shape.
Great gym and facilities
I'm into week 5 of the Project U and was nervous about joining, I'd no need to be! The instructor and staff made me feel at ease and are now encouraging me to the best of my abilities. Going to rejoin as enjoying it so much ! Excellent gym and facilities!

Finally got the motivation to start…
Finally got the motivation to start working out again but I never really enjoyed going to gyms in the past. However I signed up to the Project You initially and now I’m fully addicted to going to classes and working out. All the staff are amazing and supportive and all the members are lovely and welcoming. Could not recommend this place enough!
Best gym I’ve been to
Started at The Pride Gym about a month ago after trying various local commercial gyms, I absolutely love it, there is every piece of equipment you could ever need as well as lovely staff, clean and tidy workout areas, well maintained facilities eg sun-bed, toilets etc! I particularly love the cardio room and the legs machines there. All the members are all very friendly as well due to the *no d*ckhead policy*. I can always get on the equipment I need and there are so many squat racks! Love it keep being amazing ❤️
The Pride Gym is a great place
The Pride Gym is a great place to train, it is kept exceptionally clean and tidy, the machines are excellent, there are classes on a morning and evening, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I have never felt out of place or alone. There is always someone to help if needed. The Pride Gym is well worth a visit. Keep up the good work 👍👍
I love going to Pride Gym
I love going to Pride Gym - so much so, that I usually attend 2 classes a day! The instructors and team are amazing, friendly and so welcoming. It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is here; noone is made to feel uncomfortable or that they can't do something. It's like a little family where we all help and encourage each other. Equipment is great and I've certainly noticed changes in the short time I've been coming! Well done everyone!
Converted gymphobe
The thought of going to a gym never really floated my boat but I dragged my sorry saggy ass to the 6 week ladies over 50s class just to make an effort. Loved the classes, the instructors, the other staff and the other ladies in the classes. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I enjoyed it so much I'm doing another 8 weeks. 7am classes suit my working life so it's off to class, pop into the lovely clean showers and bounce into work all refreshed and energised. Give it a go, you'll be glad you did
Did a six weeks small PT course…
Did a six weeks small PT course brilliant really enjoyed it and met some lovely people which puts you at ease if your not sure about going on your own, feel much better and have more energy I would really recommend, I have joined and become a member of the gym now so I can carry on the hard work I have but I’m 😃
