Our history We can trace our roots back to 2011 when the founders of this company created one of the most popular Gay and LGBT+ magazines and listings websites. Since then we’ve been on a journey to curate a thoughtfully selected range of LGBTQ+ books, gifts and jewellery that represents as many LGBTQ+ identities as possible. Excellent customer service
I called customer service as I had not received any email regarding my order being dispatched one week after ordering. The person on the phone was extremely nice. One of the 2 items purchased was discontinued, therefore the order couldn't be dispatched. They owned their mistake as they didn't sent me an email to let me know. They refunded the item discontinued, sent the other item straight away. I received it the next day with a very nice personalised hand written note and a free badge as a gift.
