Product & Customer Service Excellence

I have been sourcing artwork for my home renovations now for nearly five years now via The Print Emporium. I must admit there are a lot of very large Australian businesses that could learn a lesson or two in customer service from this boutique Australian Supplier. The Print Emporium product and product quality has proven to me to be superior as has the commitment to customer service excellence by the PE team. My congratulations to them all and my thanks for always making my journey into the artworld easier to manage and negotiate. 10 out of 10 guys!!

Wategos Beach 1&2

We bought wategos 1&2 and we are super happy with our purchase. Looks beautiful on our wall in the dining area. We’ve had a lot of compliments on them. Would recommend their prints 100%. Arrived in perfect condition and easy to hang such large prints!

Late 2025 (around September/October) I…

Late 2025 (around September/October) I purchased 3 size A3 Santorini prints with white boarder, and paid $139.00 AUD (there was a sale on at the time) I was and still am VERY disappointed with the quality. The colours of prints are so white it's hard to distinguish the actual main subject from the background. One picture is part of a white staircase with soft blue sky, the soft blue sky is actually almost white!! (minimalistic is what I was aiming for with the 3 prints) the other is a vase in the foreground with what was supposed to be a soft blue sea in the background, the whole print is bordering on white. The last print is a set of outdoor chairs set in a white area, unfortunately (for me) this print is also ALL white. No distinguishable background with the foreground. Terribly disappointed !!!
Also the A3 size with a white boarder is very small!!
I tried leaving my review of ONE STAR on the Picture Emporium actual website but it was NOT ACCEPTED !!!!
I did check all reviews on their website BEFORE I put in my order, ALL were 5 star reviews. Now I'm thinking for anyone wanting to leave a review less than 4-5 star is unable to do so, as was in my case.
Wished I'd never bought these prints I have to look at them every day on the wall, what should have been 3 beautiful prints are just white washed hard to distinguish prints.
DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

If youRepeat Customers Beware - Sizing Has Changed've purchased from this company…

If you've purchased from this company in the past - fair warning that their sizing has changed! In May 2024, I purchased a framed/matted print sized 18x24. In Dec 2024, I purchased 2 framed/matted prints sized 10x16. Both instances, the print turned out to the be actual size. They were very nice. In Dec 2025 I placed an order for a framed/matted 16x20 and 2-11x14. To my surprise, they were MUCH smaller (the latter being approximately 8x10 print shown), even though the price was the same as the year prior. See photo for difference in size for the 16x20 (old on wall; new in bubble wrap). It took Customer Service several days to respond and they said they changed production houses and the new measurements are on the site. It appears a 16x20 framed/matted is the entire length now (including mat, excluding frame). Prior to this order, the 16x20 was the actual print size, excluding mat and frame. However, they did say the 11x14 came out 1/2 inch smaller than it should have been and they would correct that situation (but again, not worth the hassle for 1/2 inch). Quality control is questionable. Shame on me for not realizing a 16x20 from the same company could change sizes (and for the same price)!!! The site never stated their sizing CHANGED, so I assumed it would be the same as the last 2 times. I will never purchase from this company again, especially since everything is final sale.

The 16" x 20" framed with matte has a framed size of 17.5" x 21.5". This is what you received based on the the photos you sent us. The matte measures 2" on each side and the print is 12" x 16". The artwork has no issue.

As for the 2QTY 11" x 14", you were indeed correct that it was short half an inch. We apologize for this mistake. This was a production issue, and we will gladly replace these at no extra cost to you. To date, however, we have not gotten your confirmation on this. Are you happy for us to proceed in making the replacement prints?

We also want to note we are an Australian-based company, and our customer service team is online to assist during Australian business hours from Mondays to Fridays. If an email is received outside business hours, we reply by the next business day.

We’d love to sort out this situation for you as soon as possible. Kath from our customer service team will be reaching out. Please look out for an email from her.

Excellent quality and customer service

We purchased 20 prints for our medical practice and we love them. They make the space feel warm and welcoming. The customer service from Print Emporium was also excellent.

I love my prints

I love my prints! I ordered 6, including a large framed one and they were packaged well and delivered quite quickly.
Customer service was great! Kath was very helpful and efficient.

Bad experience, bad customer service and SLOW delivery.

This was my first purchase from The Print
Emporium and not a seamless experience at all. Contacted chat to check on delivery ETA (due to lots of medical appts) was advised ‘by end of that week’, items didn’t arrive. Gave ATL then the drama began back n forth with chat peeps. Giving authority to leave created dramas, with them saying we don’t usually do this blah blah.I said every other company I’ve brought from allows this and this sounded odd. Particularly odd and not knowing at the time that they couldn’t give me any feedback on delivery date - because they hadn’t even posted it yet, even though I’d ordered it weeks prior! Back n forth again with many chats n emails. Finally after weeks went by, I asked on chat for phone number for head office n a manager. Next minute girl who said coming end of week (weeks ago) rang and apologised and said she’d get a manager to ring (which didn’t happen!!) and they’d “now send my order”. What??? ‘Isn’t this even sent yet’ was my reply!! I couldn’t believe it. Then next few days got 2 emails with 2 different delivery dates (?). Terrible service. No contact from anyone in authority. I mentioned I’ve received orders from overseas quicker then their Australian company. Prints arrived today. (Funny that it took a phone call for them to arrive in just a few days after my complaint). A complaint which was quickly dismissed with a quick ‘oh well sorry about that’ and then moved on. So disappointed as one of the prints was for a special gift but…it just didn’t arrive in time. Customer service was very lacking and I’m left not a happy customer at all. Forgot to mention not happy with the size of prints (which I ordered!) but at the time I was a bit shocked at the price for a ‘print’ and was all I could afford. Anyway just tipped off an experience that has not been pleasant.

Unfortunately, your request was not escalated to the customer service manager as it should have been. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Regarding our ATL (Authority to Leave) policy, we do accommodate this by request. However, we ensure that the customer is first informed of the potential risks involved in leaving shipments unattended. Once the customer agrees to take responsibility for those risks, we are more than happy to proceed and have the order marked as ATL. We have experienced stolen artworks in the past, which is why we approach this with caution.
