They are a scam because they will tell you they work with HP and then get disconnected and call you back Anonymous and try to get into your computer through quick assist once you question anything and they keep putting you on hold they have already gotten in and I am taking it to the authorities and I pray for them. What a way to be a thief scams all over the place and then I call back and they hang up on me again careful very careful
