Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY"!!
I have totally been scammed and spent £275 on a projector that doesn't exist. I have tried emailing, instant chat messages but no reply. I never received the purchase confirmation email either! be careful because these imbeciles will obviously scam you.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Projector had missing bits. I tried to contact them 3 times and didn't receive any reply.

Scammed also but mine was weird, bought the projector and noticed on the email I'd paid for 2 and my address was wrong, so I emailed them, they changed the address and refunded half back to me, now email address does no exist, very strange?
So i have been scammed but why would the refund me half of it if they where gonna scam me? Surely they'd keep the lot?🤷‍♂️

Total scam! I actually received a projector but it doesn’t connect to any device! Does not work……The telephone number does not exist for sales advice…. Wish I had read Trustpilot! £180 down the drain!!!!!

We also appear to have been ripped off. Money taken for a projector we've never received. Projector was a Christmas present. Company completely uncontactable.

I ordered a projector 8 weeks ago now and still have not received the item. This company seems to have no official structure in place for when a package disappears along delivery route. I received a strange tracking code which did not give a clear indication of where the projector may be along its route. The company then told me after 4 weeks that the deliver company ‘had destroyed my parcel’ but still have not issued me a refund.

Have they used the name Piwi Projector? I am awaiting goods now for 4 weeks… they say they have tried to refund me but can’t due to payment processing problems from bank lol! Their contact number doesn’t exist and now no replies to my pleas 🥲 Furious! How are they allowed to get away with this??? SCAMMERS 🤦‍♀️

📷 ONE_TIME_OFFER August 6, 2020. Received an email that the order would be delayed from 5 to 15 days. Never received another email or any product. Facebook keeps showing these ads and every time I have ordered anything that was advertiesed on Facebook it has been a SCAM! So this was an expensive mistake and the very last time I order from any company advertising on Facebook. I also sent -3- emails To: nprojector1 and have not received any replies!!!

Exactly like everyone else, I have been scammed and I also received an email about shipping delay. I had emailed them a month back about where my order is and no responce then emailed them today and still no responce. Then I had decided to look for the site and was not working!! I normally dont look or buy from instagram ads, but this time I stupidly did it and now I need to find a way to get my money back! I do not reccommend using this company or buying anything from instagram ads.

Same as everyone else unfortunately! Foolishly thought Instagram wouldn't have a sponsored ad for a scam company, just gonna have to let that money go!

1st time I hate to say it yes I've been scammed. That explains why I couldn't go back on clicking that extra order. And I got that email for the delay so quickly also they offer another 70% off to try & get you. Plus the email to ask questions it just some random person rather than the company name. Hope you get to this review before you buy. I'm not going to stress over it. But now I'll remember to review the company for any future buy. That's sad this company needs to do this.

Fraud. Never delivered product. Never answer emails on fake customer service email account "arshiasedaghati3". Scam. Should sue these mfs. Request new credit card number if they got you before you read this.
