Amazing products, Fantastic Customer Centricity
I ordered 2 Star Maps from The Project Quote. As luck would have it, my order coincided with the second Covid-19 wave and there were lockdowns. And this is when the PQ team - especially Vaibhav raised the notch on their customer service. From customizing my order after it had been placed, to keeping me informed of the delays in the delivery, The PQ team did it all. And they even upgraded my prints to make up for the delay - which honestly, I wasn't expecting. Amazing product quality and Fantastic customer service - way to go, The PQ team.
