THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Friendly, personal and swift replies, with the possibility to select a discounted item from the shop - that was already good.
But then I got a parcel with an extra personal note was just so super-nice and made my day like a present I got from a friend. I got it delivered to work and I now had to tell at least 10 colleagues of what why and how that happened. Obviously everyone loved it and I hope they’ll visit your website.

Another massive appeal to buy from Property Of- they are a Corp B brand - as customers, we have a choice how we spend money. Pleasantly surprised with fast delivery too. Personal notes on packaging is a very lovely touch too.

I bought one of their backpacks in the Shanghai store as a gift to my brother last year. I Was gifted a Property of backpack around 2012 and put it through the wringer. I carried my huge science textbooks in it, travelled all over the world and even put it in the washing machine at least on 3 different occasion. I’m not saying you should put your bag in the wash but I’d had mine for 8 years and was okay with damaging it (so I could buy a new one). However, THIS BACKPACK WOULD NOT GET DAMAGED. IT DOESN’T RIP OR FADE IN COLOUR! So I gave up and just bought myself another a month ago even though my other one is still in near new condition. I refuse to feel guilty. The new one is just as compact and comfortable!

The bag is great!! Requested for an early delivery than the proposed date of delivery and the request was met. They delivered my bag with a personalized message which I thought was amazing.
Overall loved the bag and the service.
