Efficient and modern
The process was polite, professional, swift and hassle-free. Great service from Olivia and her team of paralegals. Having access to The Property Portal made everything easy to follow in terms of the process, and uploading the documents was easy. I will certainly use Step Legal and The Property Portal again when selling my other buy-to-let properties.

The team that dealt with our house move…
The team that dealt with our house move at the property portal were brilliant. Can’t fault them at all. Kept us up to date with any completed steps throughout the process and throughout the weeks where things move slowly they kept contacting us to see if there was anything they could help with. With house move’s communication has been a massive issue in the past for myself but the little check ins put us as ease and we were confident everything was in check and on target for completion day. Wouldn’t think twice at using them again. Thankyou team!
